• How do I set up an account?

To set up an account, simply fill out the appropriate residential or commercial application in its entirety and send it back to the Harbert Oil Company office by mail at PO Box 128, Bieber, CA 96009, or by email to customerservice@harbertoil.com. As soon as we receive your application, a Harbert Oil Company representative will get back to you, set up your account and begin to deliver your fuel.

• Do you offer any type of "easy-pay" program?

We offer an ACH easy-pay program that lets you be worry- free about paying your bills with Harbert Oil, which mean no late fees! We can draft the payment directly from your authorized bank account, or you can always choose to pay with a credit card 10 days after delivery. We try to keep the process as easy as possible!

• What is the difference between an automatic and a will call route?

Harbert Oil offers an automatic route where we take care of you and your fueling needs. Our drivers stop by and top off your tank every 8-10 weeks on a route for larger tanks, and every 4-6 weeks on a route for smaller tanks. In fact, we give a discount to automatic customers, and there is no minimum! But, if being on an automatic route doesn't work for you, just sign up to be a will call customer. Give us a call and we'll come deliver as soon as we can!

• Where do we deliver?

Harbert Oil services areas from Tulelake to Cedarville, Round Mountain to Janesville and all of the surrounding local areas. (Complete list of locations where we deliver: Tulelake, Round Mountain/Montgomery Creek, Lake Forest and Westwood, Cedarville and Alturas, Litchfield and Standish, Janesville and Susanville, and locally Bieber, Lookout, Adin and Burney).

• What is the budget pay program?

Harbert Oil offers a 12-month payment program to financially help you lower your winter heating bills. Your monthly budget payment is based on your previous 12-months usage and our best projections as to what the price of fuel may be next winter. Please call us and we will tell you more about it!
