Are you wondering how much fuel you have left in your tank? Use a dipstick to measure the number of inches in your tank, following the next steps:

• Remove your fill cap and insert the dipstick into the tank until it reaches the bottom.
• Remove the dipstick and take note of the amount of oil in inches that is showing on the dipstick.
• Use the chart that matches your tank size and compare it to the number of inches on your dipstick to get an estimated amount of gallons.
